After Versace disclosed they would close their operations in Japan, now another brand is following suite. French Connection UK will close its 21 store in Japan within the next 9 months. As profitability is down French Connection Group PLC is looking for a new licensee for the FCUK in Asia. FCUK reported a loss in both retail and wholesale in the the first 2 quarters of 2009.
