
Even before +J line launched, Uniqlo continued an 11-month trend (except for July) of sales increases - September 2009 saw same-store comparative sales in Japan increase 31.6% from an increase of shoppers of 22.6% who each increased their spending by 7.2%. With these numbers Uniqlo is right on track to achieve their sales goals of 5 trillion yen by 2020.
